A space to delight your taste buds

I decided to visit Quintonil after learning that in 2024 it received two Michelin stars and was recognized as the ninth-best restaurant in Latin America.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt both elegant and welcoming, with a warm and contemporary decor. I chose the nine-course tasting menu, which changes with the seasons.

Pibil duck tamale with tender corn cream.

Each dish surprised me with intense flavors and flawless presentations, reflecting the creativity of chef Jorge Vallejo. The selection of wines and mezcals perfectly complemented each bite.

Mexican gastronomy with bold creativity.

One of the most memorable moments was trying the Arroz con Chicatana. I never imagined that the chicatana ants would add such a unique flavor, with smoky and earthy notes that enhanced the dish.
