Enrique Olvera's culinary concept in Los Cabos was an exceptional experience. Located within The Cape, a Thompson Hotel, the restaurant offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and the Arch of Cabo San Lucas—a perfect setting for a memorable dinner.

Manta's cuisine is inspired by the connection between Mexico, Japan, and Peru, blending flavors and techniques with fresh regional ingredients.

The menu changes constantly, but some of its signature dishes include tempura fish tacos with habanero mayo and cabbage, the catch-of-the-day ceviche with leche de tigre, and the lobster roll with black garlic aioli. During my visit, I ordered the Octopus Anticucho, which had a perfect balance of texture and flavor.

To pair with my meal, I tried the Piña Colada Summer, made with Don Julio Reposado, Havana 7 Años, Plantation Pineapple, coconut, pineapple, and lime—a refreshing and well-balanced cocktail. I also enjoyed the Korean Fried Chicken from the Sunken Bar menu, served with barbecue sauce and pickled radish, a delicious combination.
